Ways to Get Pregnant Fast

Modified:

People often believe that frequent intercourse may cause a woman to get pregnant faster. Of course it may result in pregnancy; however it does not necessarily mean that it will get her pregnant faster. There are many facts that a couple must know in order to have a baby. The following are tips for getting pregnant fast:

1. Having regular sex is the best way to get pregnant. Couples often try to time everything perfectly for ovulation but do not have sex when they think they are not ovulating. It is true that sex that is not within the time of ovulation will not result in pregnancy. After a woman ovulates the egg will survive approximately 24 hours. Sperm, on the other hand, will live for up to three to five days. This is why having sex two to three days before ovulation will increase your chances of getting pregnant.

2. The missionary position is a good position to use when trying to get pregnant. Avoid positions where the woman is on top. Gravity will allow sperm to leak out with these positions. Also try placing a pillow under your hips to help tilt your pelvis and keep the sperm in longer. Don’t get up right after sex. Try to relax and allow the sperm to stay in the vagina as long as possible.

3. To get pregnant faster use an ovulation prediction kit or fertility monitor. Using an ovulation kit to predict when you are ovulating will improve your chances of getting pregnant.

5. Before you start trying to get pregnant see your doctor. Make sure you are in good health and have had a regular checkup from your Obstetrician, Gynecologist or medical provider. Untreated infections, sexually transmitted diseases, or poor health can affect your chances of getting pregnant

6. When trying to get pregnant, don’t smoke; drink alcohol, or abuse drugs.

7. A couple trying to get pregnant ought to both be certain that they eat a good balanced eating plan, including just about all essential nutritional vitamins.

8. Taking routine workouts is fundamental. However, an excessive amount can possibly stop ovulation, and potentially leave a woman temporarily infertile. The  ideal amount is around 45 minutes of modest exercise, 4-5 times in one week.

Although timing is very important in getting a woman pregnant, the man also has to know if his sperm concentration is enough to get the woman pregnant. Make sure that your husband or partner is in his best shape, have him take a physical. Try to keep his stress level to a minimum as well. The less stress and better health that he is in the more likely he is to produce a large number of sperm which is half the battle in order to conceive.

Finally, make your time together more romantic and loving. This can be a great help in your attempt to get pregnant.
